Service Scheduling and Access

Pricing and Payment

- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
- Quarterly service customers are billed at the beginning of each service period
Service Guarantee and Re-Service Policy
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:
- Quarterly Service Customers: Free re-service between scheduled treatments if covered pests return
- One-Time Service: 30-day warranty with one free re-treatment if pests persist
- Re-service requests must be made within the warranty period
- Guarantee applies to pests covered in the original service agreement
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a trip fee
- Quarterly protection programs include a one-year service agreement
- One-time services are available without a service agreement
Limitations of Liability
- Pest control effectiveness depends on many factors including sanitation, structural conditions, and environmental factors
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage caused by pests
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow preparation instructions
Safety and Products
All products used by Green Guard Pest Control are EPA-registered and applied according to label directions. Our technicians are licensed by the State of Idaho. We use family-safe and pet-friendly products whenever possible and will inform you of any specific precautions required after treatment.
